This architectural face had two parents: the letterforms were inspired by an 1930 poster for the Grand Hotel Savoia, signed Ruprich, and the beveled treatment was inspired by an ad for Osram Auto Lamps, designer uncredited, from the same period. Best used in large sizes and small doses.
