A handwriting font with informal but not too irregular characters, for those who are kind of tired of the standard hand printing fonts supplied by Creative Suites and commercial operating systems, the ones you see everywhere. These are fairly unknown faces and a good alternative.

Gapstown comes in two weights, standard and bold, and in two variants: Gapstown and Gapstown Small. The latter has wider letterspacing for smaller print sizes. Test for yourself which ones to use at what size.

Gapstown font contains 220 defined characters and 210 unique glyphs.

This is a hand printing font for those who do not need or want the artificial evenness of Comic Sans, Tekton or the like. Gapstown contains a full ISO 8859-1 character set, you can write most western European languages with it. 193 manually edited kerning pairs add to the quality of this font.
